Shine Time is locally owned and operated by Stephanie Phillips in Ironton, OH. Stephanie is a single mother with 4 beautiful children and a grandmother to 1 wonderful grandchild.

Stephanie is currently 40 years old and has been in the cleaning and organizing industry for about 15 years. In addition, she worked in the restaurant industry for 7 years and worked for a local contractor as an interior painter for a few years.

In the beginning of 2020, Stephanie started Shine Time with her love to meet new people, turn friends into clients, and truly make a difference in people’s homes and mental health.

Stephanie enjoys crafting, redoing furniture, traveling, music, and is always up for new adventures.
